OKLAND FACIAL PLASTIC SURGERY

Facial Plastic Surgery Pricing in Denver

Cosmetic surgery is a significant decision. I believe you should be able to decide whether my practice is financially realistic for you before investing your time in a consultation. You should not have to call the office simply to learn the general cost of surgery.

Below are the current estimated starting prices for procedures at Okland Facial Plastic Surgery. These are not surgeon-fee-only numbers. Each estimate includes my surgical fee, board-certified anesthesia and accredited operating facility fees where applicable. The purpose is to give you a useful estimate of the total surgical cost—not an attractive number that becomes materially larger once anesthesia and facility charges are added.

Every face and every operation are different. The final price is determined only after I have examined you, understood your goals and built your surgical plan. More complex anatomy, previous surgery, grafting requirements, operative time and combinations of procedures can change the total.

Pricing reviewed August 2026. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Rhinoplasty Pricing

Primary Structural Septorhinoplasty

 — Starting at $16,000

Primary rhinoplasty changes the shape and proportion of a nose that has not previously undergone surgery. Every rhinoplasty Dr. Okland performs is also a functional operation: he performs septoplasty and addresses the structures relevant to breathing while reshaping and structurally supporting the nose.

Revision Rhinoplasty

 — Starting at $24,000

Revision rhinoplasty treats a nose that has already undergone surgery. Scar tissue, altered anatomy and the frequent need for additional cartilage make revision surgery more complex and less predictable than primary rhinoplasty. The final quote depends on the extent of reconstruction and the grafting required.

Face and Neck Surgery Pricing

Deep Plane Facelift

 — Starting at $29,000

For Dr. Okland, a deep plane facelift treats the face and neck together. The operation repositions the deeper facial tissues, refines the jawline and addresses the neck rather than relying on skin tension to create the result.

Revision Deep Plane Facelift

 — Starting at $35,000

Revision facelift surgery is performed after a previous facelift or other substantial facial surgery. The starting estimate reflects the additional planning, scar tissue and technical complexity associated with operating in a previously treated surgical plane.

Deep Neck Lift

 — Starting at $22,000

A deep neck lift addresses loose skin and the deeper structures that shape the neck and jawline. The surgical plan may include treatment of the platysma, deeper fat and other anatomy contributing to fullness or loss of definition.

Neck Contouring

 — Starting at $10,000

Neck contouring is generally intended for younger patients with fullness beneath the chin or limited skin laxity who do not require the extent of surgery involved in a deep neck lift.

Forehead Reduction

 — Starting at $10,000

Forehead reduction, also called hairline lowering surgery, shortens the distance between the eyebrows and hairline to improve facial proportion.

Facial Fat Transfer

 — Starting at $4,500

Add-On Only

Facial fat transfer uses a patient's own fat to restore volume and soften areas of facial hollowing. The treatment plan and price depend on the number of regions treated and whether fat transfer is performed alone or with another operation.

Lip Lift

 — Starting at $8,000

A lip lift shortens an elongated upper lip and increases the visible height and shape of the red lip. The incision is placed discreetly along the base of the nose.

Buccal Fat Removal

 — Starting at $5,000

Add-On Only

Buccal fat removal conservatively reduces fullness in the lower cheek. Patient selection matters: removing too much fat can create premature hollowing, so the goal is refinement rather than maximal removal.

Chin Implant

 — Starting at $7,500

A chin implant increases chin projection and can improve the relationship among the nose, lips, chin and jawline. It is frequently considered alongside rhinoplasty when chin position contributes to an imbalanced profile.

Brow and Eyelid Surgery Pricing

Endoscopic Brow Lift

 — Starting at $10,000

An endoscopic brow lift elevates the brow through small incisions hidden within the hair. It can improve brow position and heaviness around the upper eyes without a long visible incision.

Upper Blepharoplasty

 — Starting at $5,500

Add-On Only

Upper blepharoplasty removes carefully measured excess upper-eyelid skin and, when appropriate, treats underlying fat to create a more open and rested appearance.

Lower Blepharoplasty

 — Starting at $8,000

Lower blepharoplasty treats under-eye bags, excess skin and the transition between the eyelid and cheek. The exact technique depends on the position of the fat, skin quality and lower-eyelid support.

Combined Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty

 — Starting at $13,500

Combined eyelid surgery treats the upper and lower eyelids during one operation to create a balanced rejuvenation of the eye area.

04

Skin Resurfacing Pricing

CO₂ Laser Resurfacing

 — Starting at $4,500

Add-On Only

CO₂ laser resurfacing improves fine lines, sun damage, texture and other signs of skin aging by creating a controlled resurfacing injury that stimulates renewal and collagen remodeling.

Why These Are Starting Prices

Surgery is not a commodity. Two patients requesting the same named procedure may require different operative plans. The final price can be affected by:

  • The patient's anatomy and the extent of change required
  • Previous surgery, scar tissue or altered anatomy
  • The anticipated length and complexity of the operation
  • The need for cartilage grafting or other reconstructive work
  • Whether multiple procedures are performed together

The published price is intended to be genuinely useful for planning. It is not a binding quote. After the consultation, the practice provides a written estimate based on the operation Dr. Okland actually recommends.

Frequently Asked Questions About Surgical Pricing

Are these prices only Dr. Okland's surgical fee?

No. The figures above are estimated total starting prices. They include Dr. Okland's surgical fee, board-certified anesthesia and accredited operating facility fees where those services are required. That distinction matters because some practices publish a surgeon's fee and add the anesthesia and facility costs later.

How much does primary rhinoplasty cost with Dr. Okland?

Primary structural septorhinoplasty currently starts at an estimated total of $16,000. Dr. Okland performs septoplasty and functional interventions in every rhinoplasty, but Okland Facial Plastic Surgery does not bill insurance.

How much does revision rhinoplasty cost with Dr. Okland?

Revision rhinoplasty currently starts at an estimated total of $24,000. The final price depends on the prior operation, scar tissue, remaining cartilage and the extent of grafting or reconstruction required.

How much does a deep plane facelift cost with Dr. Okland?

A primary deep plane facelift currently starts at an estimated total of $29,000. For Dr. Okland, the operation treats the face and neck together. Revision deep plane facelift surgery starts at $35,000.

Does Okland Facial Plastic Surgery accept insurance?

No. The practice does not accept or bill insurance. All procedures are self-pay, including rhinoplasty with functional breathing work.

Are combined procedures priced by simply adding the published amounts?

Not necessarily. Combination surgery is priced after Dr. Okland creates the complete surgical plan. The estimate depends on the procedures selected, total operative time and the anesthesia and facility requirements.

Is a consultation still necessary if the price is published?

Yes. Published pricing helps determine whether the practice is financially realistic for you. A consultation is still required to determine candidacy, define the operation and provide a final written quote.

Does this page include Botox, filler or other medical-spa treatments?

No. This page covers surgical and procedural pricing supplied by Okland Facial Plastic Surgery. Injectable, skincare and other medical-aesthetic pricing is managed separately through Tone Medical Aesthetics.

A Note From Dr. Okland

I am in the business of making people feel confident; I am not in the business of turning surgical care into a factory. Price matters, but it is one part of the decision. I want you to evaluate the operation itself, the results, the training behind them and the way you will be cared for after surgery.

Having cosmetic surgery on your face is intimate. Every surgical patient has my cell phone, sees me personally during planned postoperative visits and, barring an emergency, has sutures and splints removed by me. The published pricing is another part of that same philosophy: you should know what to expect, and you should never feel deliberately kept in the dark.
